I was born in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1972. I was raised in and around south Texas. I joined the United States Air Force (USAF) in 1992, and graduated the USAF Security Police Academy the same year. I left active military duty in 1996, and in 1997 went into the USAF Reserve, stationed in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I graduated from the Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine as a medical technician in 1998. I departed the Air Force Reserve in 1999 and moved to San Antonio in February of 2000. I currently work in the department of patient accounts for a local emergency medical billing agency. Volunteer Experience: I held the volunteer position of medical coordinator for the North Dakota Area 5 Special Olympics from 1998 to 2000, and I currently hold the position of Secretary for Firedancers-San Antonio, a leather/Levi club that raises money for the local community for HIV/AIDS charities.

I am gay and sometimes people find it strange that I do masculine and phsyical jobs and don't fit the stereotype of being a 'gay' man. People associate 'gay' with feminity and weakness and jobs that aren't physical or stereotypically masculine. Unfortunately I have lost friendships with people who could not believe and stand the thought that i was gay. Dating is hard. Trying to find the right match who accepts you, love you and most importantly willing to try with you is a very hard thing to find. Dating can be difficult as some men try to hide and don't want to be seen in public enjoying the simple things in life - a walk, dinner, a movie - with another man. They expect meals at home and to have dates constantly behind closed doors.
